Has anyone experience of the Shakespeare XT travel rods ? They look nice, but have not been able to get my hands on one to try the action, as local tackle dealers do not seem to stock them. Looking for a 9ft to 10ft multi-piece travel rod with an action similar to a Pellet Waggler rod ie. not too heavy and stiff. Any feedback may help Billy with his search. Cheers.

Many thanks for all the suggestions. I have a few months to go yet so may have a look on ebey fro a while and see what comes up from your suggestions as the more compact the better as I mostly travel with a ruck sack with the rod in the centre in a tube.
    Thanks again.
